How do I arrange home care for myself or a family member?
To arrange an assessment please contact the manager.
We will make an appointment to visit you at home before your services commence to assess your needs and work with you to develop your Personal Support Plan. We encourage you to invite family members, carers or other people who are important to you to this meeting.
The purpose of our initial assessment is to ensure that we fully understand what outcomes you would like to achieve and how we can support you to achieve them. We will focus on the things that are important to you and gather information about your routines and how you would like to be supported with different tasks.

Are your home care staff trained?
All our staff are trained to the national minimum standards required by the local regulatory bodies. Over and above these, staff are encouraged to undertake personal development and attend additional training courses. Specialist training courses are also provided to staff to ensure that they are fully trained to undertake more complex care needs.

Are you registered to provide home care services?
We are registered independently and are inspected by the relevant regulatory bodies of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to ensure our care and practices are at the exceptional standard we aim to achieve.
Do you provide home care in my area?

What about my personal security?
Every member of the Paradise Care team has been through a rigorous vetting procedure before they start working with us. In addition, all staff will always be in uniform and carry a personalised identification card which shows their name, photograph and signature.

How much does paradise care services cost and can i get any help with the fees?
We will put together a detailed plan for each customer which, as well as setting out the care to be delivered, also shows the weekly costs. Some people will be entitled to assistance with the cost of their care either from their local Social Services office or via other Government grants.
